Our Squadron Education Officer (SEO), Bill Schwieder, leads the squadron's education department. He and his staff are responsible for providing public boating courses as well as member-only courses. From site selection, to instruction certification, to class presentations, to recording and reporting class results, the SEO and his staff promote Safe Boating through Education.
